S. Michelle Vazquez, APRN

S. Michelle Vazquez, APRN, earned her bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences from Florida Hospital College of Health Sciences before pursuing her BSN through Herzing University. She began her clinical career as a Labor and Delivery Nurse and later transitioned into Reproductive Endocrinology, where she spent several years as an Infertility Nurse supporting patients through complex reproductive care.

Michelle went on to earn her Master’s in Nursing from South University and continued her work in reproductive medicine as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She brings a strong foundation in reproductive health and deep expertise in complex female hormone patterns to FCHW, especially the metabolic, endocrine, and reproductive overlap that often gets missed in “standard” evaluations.

She works closely with women navigating PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome), metabolic challenges, cycle irregularities, and long-standing libido concerns that don’t respond to basic approaches. Known for her thoughtful, individualized care, Michelle designs personalized strategies that account for the full hormonal picture so results are meaningful and lasting, particularly for women who have been told their labs are “normal” but still don’t feel like themselves.

Michelle is WorldLink Advanced BHRT Certified, a Certified EvexiPEL® Provider, and specializes in PCOS management and complex female hormone patterns. Fluent in English and Spanish, she is passionate about helping every patient feel better, feel heard, and reach their health goals. She is committed to ongoing training and continuing education to deliver the highest standard of care.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys traveling with her husband and two children.
