Erin helps her patients understand that the mind and body are working synergistically to create health. After overcoming her own health crisis six years ago, Erin realized that her health had improved because she had taken a whole-body approach to her care (hormone evaluation, nutrient testing, improved sleep hygiene, daily movement, and stress management).

She believes patients deserve to be supported, seen, heard, and understood in order to design the best possible care for them. Her philosophy aligned beautifully with FCHW’s patient centric approach to care, compassion, and helping others thrive- allowing them to experience true vitality for the first time in their lives. Erin’s goal: to help her patients feel as spectacular as she does!
