FRONT DESK REPRESENTATIVE

Leinisbeth came to FCHW with an extensive customer service background. Affectionately known as Lei, she handles every request as if you were the only patient at FCHW. Lei’s strengths include critical thinking, excellent customer service, and complex problem-solving. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she plays a vital role in helping our Spanish-speaking patients navigate their healthcare journey. Her smile, kind nature, and commitment to delivering the best experience possible give patients peace of mind, knowing they have someone in their corner who genuinely cares. When Lei is away from the practice, she enjoys going on adventures with her husband and can often be found sunbathing by the pool.

JENN

FRONT DESK REPRESENTATIVE

Jenn brings a dynamic background as an entrepreneur, fitness enthusiast, and customer service professional to FCHW. Recently relocating to Orlando from Lancaster, PA, where she managed the front desk at a busy orthodontic practice, her infectious smile and natural ability to make people feel welcome create an inviting atmosphere for every patient. A proud mom of two adult children and two entertaining dogs, Jenn enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending quality time with family and friends outside of work.

KERRY

MEDICAL ASSISTANT

Kerry brings extensive customer service expertise to FCHW, refined during her time as a Disney cast member where she mastered the art of exceptional guest experiences. This Miami native studied Theatre Arts in college and is also a licensed esthetician and makeup artist, combining creativity with professional skills. Kerry’s diverse background enables her to connect genuinely with patients while ensuring their needs are met with care and attention. When not at work, she unwinds by coloring, reading, and playing video games, balancing her professional dedication with creative pursuits.

JUDY

MEDICAL ASSISTANT

Judy has served as a certified medical assistant for nearly a decade, bringing expertise from both the orthopedic and ENT specialties. Driven by a deep passion for helping others and a natural curiosity, she continually seeks out opportunities to learn and grow in the medical field, and she is beloved by many of our patients. A New York native, she enjoys visiting family and traveling to music festivals when she is away from the clinic.

MONIKA

MEDICAL ASSISTANT

Monika brings exceptional customer service skills and a fresh perspective to FCHW. A certified medical assistant with phlebotomy certification, she made the transition after a career in high-end hospitality, where she honed the attention to detail and dedication to client satisfaction that she now applies to quality patient care. She loves drawing on her hospitality background to deliver top-notch service and break from the rushed appointments many patients have come to expect. Outside of work, Monika stays active with cycling and paddleboarding, spends time with her extended family, and enjoys continuous learning through reading and self-development.

JEANETTE

PATIENT LIAISON

Originally from Chicago, Jeanette brings a strong work ethic and genuine dedication to her role. She previously managed medical practices and has a deep passion for helping patients understand the role hormones play in health outcomes. Jeanette is also a licensed esthetician, adding a unique skill set to her repertoire. Her expertise in skincare and beauty allows her to provide exceptional support to the office. Outside of work, she cherishes spending quality time with her family, who hold a special place in her heart.

BROOKE

PATIENT LIAISON

With nearly 25 years of specialized healthcare experience, Brooke brings deep expertise in hormone optimization, urogynecology, and medical weight loss to FCHW. Her exceptional patient care skills and proven track record of helping patients achieve their wellness goals make her an invaluable member of our team. Brooke’s humor and energetic, solutions-focused approach ensure that each patient receives the personalized attention they deserve on their journey to optimal health. When she’s away from the office, she enjoys spending time with her children, extended family and her two lovable pugs.

MARIA

PATIENT LIAISON

Maria joined FCHW after more than seven years of experience in the aesthetic medicine field, bringing a genuine passion for patient care and satisfaction. She thrives in fast-paced clinical environments where she can make a real difference in patients’ experiences, and she contributes her expertise to our team’s commitment to exceptional service. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she often connects with our Spanish-speaking patients, who find tremendous value in her dedication to their success. Maria is passionate about helping people live longer, happier, more fulfilling lives, and she believes in treating every patient as she would her own family. Outside of work, Maria stays active with Pilates and cycling, maintaining the energy and positivity she brings to our office every day.

SABY

LEAD MEDICAL ASSISTANT

Saby brings more than 20 years of experience as a certified medical assistant to the FCHW team, having previously worked in both pediatric and OB-GYN practices. She offers an impressive depth of knowledge and insight to the clinical team, leading her colleagues to meet and exceed our patients’ needs and requests. Patients love interacting with her upbeat, professional, and positive personality, and she is passionate about delivering highly personalized care tailored to each patient’s unique needs and lifestyle. Outside the office, Saby enjoys spending time with family and traveling.

AMANDA

LEAD PATIENT LIAISON

Amanda has been part of the FCHW team for nearly 15 years. She has completed WorldLink Training in Advanced BHRT and brings a deep passion for helping patients reach their health goals, along with a gift for connecting them with the right resources. Amanda is also deeply committed to giving back to the Central Florida community, working closely with several charitable organizations. She is a member of 100 Women Strong at the Central Florida Foundation and runs an annual charity event called Feed the Need, which focuses on providing food and services for individuals and families experiencing homelessness or significant hardship. When she’s not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children.

JESSA ROHLOFF, MPH

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

At Florida Center for Hormones and Wellness, we are thrilled to have Jessa Rohloff leading the team. Jessa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Organizational Leadership and a Master of Public Health from Rollins College. She has nearly 20 years of healthcare management experience and has been leading multi-provider private healthcare practices in Central Florida since 2013.

Jessa has long been passionate about health and wellness, a commitment that only deepened when Jessa’s husband was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in his early 30s. This personal experience further strengthened Jessa’s dedication to improving outcomes, supporting patients, and advancing community health.

Jessa is actively engaged in the Central Florida community, serving as an Advisor and Past Chair of 100 Women Strong at the Central Florida Foundation, as well as a member of Women on the Rise and Women United.

When she’s not in the clinic or the community, Jessa enjoys traveling and creating lasting memories with her husband and their three sons.
